Women's Wellness Workshop


Surround yourself with a group of likeminded, empowering women this international women’s day! Our goal is to create a fun, strengthening environment where us ladies can come together to lift each other up in safety, peace and connection. 


Self Defence and Women’s self defence in particular is about more then just physical movements but revolves around creating awareness and internalizing the concept that “you are worth defending”. 


Our session kicks off with a short dynamic movement session to get our bodies moving and prepare our muscles to be engaged during an immersive self defence training session. Learn practical self defence skills with real world applications all while sharing laughs and growing in physical strength. 


Followed by a brief dive into reframing our mindsets and inner monologues. Next we’ll get those negative words out onto boards and utilizing our new skills break them down! 


To help fully internalize all the techniques and mindset work we’ll be putting in together we’ll end with a powerful yoga session. Yoga strengthens our mind-body connection and allows for internal awareness which is a great tool to help condition our brains to have full comprehension of all our new skills and physical knowledge.
